SPACE RENTAL
The Vangeline Theater/ New York Butoh Institute is now available for a variety of rentals, including rehearsals, small classes and workshops, auditions, film shoots, and meetings. Our beautiful, new dance studio located in the heart of the Gowanus in Brooklyn is column-free and fully equipped with full-length mirrors, a portable barre, a sound system, chairs, new Rosco Marley floors with subfloors, heat/air-conditioning, WiFi, and a silent, state-of-the-arts air purifier. Our studio is clean and bright with natural light, and renters have access to a private bathroom. The studio is cleaned daily. This rehearsal space is very quiet and private.

Transportation: F/G/R to 4th Avenue, F/G to Smith and 9th
Studio dimensions: 700 square feet; Dance floor Area: 22x24 or 530 square feet.
Capacity Limit: 20 people
Rate: $15 /hour (rehearsals, auditions) $25/hour for classes
First-time renters, contact rentals@vangeline.com to schedule your orientation. Once you have signed a contract and gone through orientation, you will be an authorized user and will be able to directly book online and manage your rental bookings. Cancellation policy: 72 hours.
Please note that orientation may be virtual or in-person.
