Experience the power of Butoh, Noguchi Taiso taught in a positive, inspirational, and uplifting atmosphere by Vangeline.

This class series will consist of warm ups, Butoh techniques mixed with Noguchi Taiso, improvisation, and relaxation. All levels are welcome. Take a single day or enroll for the entire class series!
