In this workshop, join award winning Butoh artist Vangeline focusing on deepening our connection to the rhythms of nature. By slowing down our pace, we can deeply attune to the different speeds prevalent in nature and embark on a restorative and creative journey of investigation through Butoh.

No dance or Butoh experience is necessary; this is an all-level class, and beginners are welcome. Some experience with mindfulness or somatic practice can be helpful.

Location: St Peters (about 5 minute walk, 0.2 miles). You can take the northern line to Sunderland + about 15-minute walk, 0.7 miles. Sheepfolds Car Park, Sunderland SR5 1AS. Surface car park with 60 spaces. Vehicles displaying a disabled blue badge may park free of charge without time limit on this site.
