Butoh Dance with Vangeline hosted by Omega Dance company

Join us for the next workshop in Omega's Movin' with the Spirit series, facilitated by Butoh teacher and performer, Vangeline.

Workshop participants will engage in Japanese Butoh, Bioenergetics, core energetics, elements of Noguchi gymnastics, and guided imagery. The highly charged stillness and embodied slow motion of Butoh training can heighten an artist's awareness of movement and is invaluable for dancers, actors, and beginning adults. All are welcome!
