"Dancing in darkness is not only a matter of keeping our eyes closed. Dancing in darkness might mean silencing and obscuring the part of our brain that thinks linearly and separatively and step into the part that learns and expresses kinesthetically and through the senses, so that what moves us are not only the information fired to the muscle to function optimally, but our bones directly, as our unbiased, unseen foundation. In this class we will explore how to use the sense organs, skin, eyes, ears, tongue and nose to touch a state of physiological connection with this hanging structure."
Margherita Tisato
